We haven’t officially received confirmation from scientists, but we’ve got a theory that Chad is proof the advertising gene exists. After earning his B.B.A. in Marketing, Law, & Social Responsibility from Loyola University Maryland; Chad spent the early part of his career working for Hearst Television’s Baltimore flagship station, WBAL-TV 11. After years of being in the corporate world, his entrepreneur mindset drove him to SR&B where he now leads as Managing Director; with plans of growth and expansion for our firm. Chad’s passion for his work is rivaled only by his love for his wife, two sons, family and friends.

With well over 20+ years of creative experience in graphic design, web design and web development it is no wonder Heidi is an essential member of the creative team. She has an eye for innovation and pixel perfection. Using her keen ability to thrive on new challenges and to overcome anything thrown her way helps her excel at mastering UI/UX as well as Shopify and WordPress customizations.
Heidi has delivered hundreds of WordPress and Shopify websites, tens of thousands of advertisements across all mediums, and has won numerous awards for her work.
With a background in account management and customer service, Jared is dedicated to creating exceptional experiences that leave customers feeling cherished. His passion for making people happy has been the driving force behind his career, where he's honed his skills in maintaining strong client relationships, resolving issues with finesse, and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Jared's an avid traveler who revels in exploring new cultures, cuisines, and landscapes. When he's not jet-setting to new destinations, you'll often find him immersed in the world of video games or advocating for animal welfare. Additionally, he's a tech enthusiast with a knack for tinkering with computers.
Jared is always eager to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the digital realm. His knowledge of the industry and drive to exceed is evident in all he executes.
Dan Poole was put on this earth to entertain and tell stories. Born with a seemingly endless energy supply, his passion for writing forces him to remain seated for several minutes at a time. During a lifetime of video production he has amassed a wide breadth of filmmaking tools, capable of doing just about anything on a movie set (but don’t count on him for hair or make up). At SR&B, we have weaponized his professional assets and aimed them at client’s creative needs. Dan’s natural ability to create a good story and tell it well resonates with every brand we serve. He holds a black belt in the art of sarcasm and if you want to see his serious side, you’d have to catch him making a vanilla latté at his home barista station.
Dan’s consistently dynamic work was directly responsible for an annual 9,000% increase in social media followers for one client.

Carl has managed SR&B for 35 years with excitement, appreciation, and big love for his clients and team members. His instincts (and extensive research and planning) have led hundreds of clients to successful campaigns and impressive ROI’s. As a Baltimore native, he’s seen the local market change dramatically, and is able to apply global industry knowledge to regional accounts.

Dana has spent her career as a graphic designer and account executive, and brings over 30 years of industry wisdom to SR&B. Her attention to detail and eye for great design have elevated both the process and final product of our client’s campaigns during her long tenure with the agency. When Dana is not in the office, she enjoys walking, biking, and spending time on the water and with her two grandsons.
Dana’s detail-oriented approach to design and account service has garnered multiple awards and recognition from industry and community leaders.
